一、比赛宗旨：

　　为了建设优良学风校风，增强学习英语的积极性，给同学们提供一个展示英语口语风采的舞台，现定于四月举办华侨学院第十五届英语口语大赛。

　　二、参赛对象：

　　所有北京市在校大学生均可报名参加。

　　三、报名方式：

　　1、关注OCC学生会官方微信公众平台——华侨之声，进入“叮！有份大奖等你查收”，点击阅读原文，在线填写报名表即可

　　2、短信发送姓名+学校+学院+联系方式+我要参加第十五届口语大赛到报名负责人：18811221518

　　3、华侨学院学生均可在各班学委处报名

　　四、比赛日程：

　　报名时间：3月16日到3月30日（周六）中午12:00前

　　初赛时间：4月3日（周三） 晚 18：00开始

　　初赛地点：华侨学院C123/E107/108/110/111

　　决赛时间：4月24日（周三）（暂定）18：30开始

　　决赛地点：华侨学院大礼堂

　　五、比赛内容：

　　比赛规则：此次比赛设为初赛和决赛两个环节。初赛：将所有报名参赛选手分成A、B、C、D、E五组，五组比赛同时进行，12名选手最终进入决赛。

　　初赛环节：自我介绍（时间：1 分钟）、及回答评委提问（时间：2分钟）

　　决赛环节：原创命题演讲（时间：3分钟）、回答评委提问（时间：2分钟）、加分环节

　　六、比赛奖项设置：

　　比赛共设一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名，优胜奖6名。获奖选手将颁发荣誉证书及丰厚奖品。并根据决赛时选手的表现增设“最佳语音奖、最佳才艺奖、最佳机智奖、最佳台风奖”等4个单项奖。

　　七、比赛评委：

　　雅思考官、华侨学院英语系教师及上届华侨学院英语口语大赛获奖学生代表。

　　The 15th Annual English Speaking Contest of

　　Capital University of Economics and Business 2019

　　1.Contest Objective

　　It aims to enhance students’ enthusiasm of learning English, provide a stage for them to show their oral English, especially the freshmen.

　　2.Contest Eligibility

　　All the enrolled undergraduate students are eligible to sign up for this contest.

　　3.Contest Registration

　　A.The interested students can register the contest by filling the application form on the official Wechat platform of OCC Student Union.

　　B.The interested students can register the contest by sending the SMS: Name+University+College+Mobile Phone to 18811221518

　　C.The interested students should register the contest with the commissary in charge of studies of their class.

　　4.Contest Schedule

　　Time for Registration: starts from Mar.16 to 12:00 noon Saturday, Mar.30

　　Time for the Preliminary: starts from18:00 Wed, Apr.3 in C123/E107/108/110/111

　　Time for the Finals: starts from18:30 Wed, Apr.24 in Auditorium of Overseas Chinese College.

　　5.Contest Arrangement

　　The contest consists of two parts: the Preliminary Round and the Final Round. The Preliminary Round will be conducted in four classrooms at the same time (the number of candidates entering the Final Round will be decided by the number of candidates registered for the Preliminary Round). Only the twelve winners of the Preliminary Round will be competing in the Final Round.

　　

　　The Preliminary Round will be conducted in the following two parts:

　　　　Part 1: Self-introduction       (1 minute)

　       　Part 2: QA                        (2 minute)

　　The Final Round will be conducted in the following three parts:

　　　　Part 1: Prepared Speech    (3 minutes)

　      　Part 2: QA                              (3 minutes)

　      　Part 3: Final bonus part

　　6.Others

　　For Requirements, Specifications and Evaluation Criterion for all Parts of the Contest, please see the notices related to the contest at a later time.

　　7.Awards

　　We will select from the final round one champion, two runner-ups, three third place and six other successful contestants. In addition the best pronunciation, best talents, best wit and best stage awards have been set up for the contestants in the final round. The finalists will be given priority to be considered in terms of awards evaluation, student exchange program candidates’ selection and post-graduate exam exemption.

　　8.Contest Judges

　　Professional oral English judges, OCC teachers and winners of previous English Speaking Contest.
