茹常君，女，讲师，在读博士研究生。2011年毕业于爱尔兰都柏林大学信息通信技术的电子商务创新，硕士学位。主要研究方向为智能决策与风险管理。

从事教育教学改革研究及获奖情况：首都经济贸易大学课堂教学优秀奖二等奖；指导学生荣获中国大学生计算机设计大赛国赛二等奖、北京市本科优秀毕业论文、“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛北京市赛一等奖；获批首都经济贸易大学校级课程、教改项目并结项。

Ru Changjun is a lecturer and currently a PhD candidate. She graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland, in 2011 with a master’s degree in innovation Business through ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Her primary research interests include intelligent decision-making and risk management.

In teaching and educational reform, she has received the Second Prize for Excellence in Classroom Teaching at Capital University of Economics and Business. She has supervised students who won a National Second Prize in the Chinese Collegiate Computing Competition, an Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Award in Beijing, and a First Prize in the Beijing Regional Competition of the Challenge Cup. She has also led university-level curriculum development and teaching reform projects at Capital University of Economics and Business, all of which have been successfully completed.
