徐童，讲师。主要研究方向为数质化外语教学、雅思听力教学。

教研上，作为团队成员参与编写《核心英语》基础版（上下册）、高阶版（上下册），教材由首都经济贸易大学出版社出版，其中基础版 2023 年获评北京市优质本科教材。主持校级《大学英语（雅思听力）》线上线下混合课程建设项目，参与多项教学改革与课程建设项目。

教学上，获第六届高校教师教学创新大赛校赛二等奖；首都经济贸易大学第二届课程思政教学设计大赛一等奖；首都经济贸易大学优秀课堂教学奖二等奖；外研社 “教学之星” 大赛全国复赛特等奖、全国半决赛一等奖。多次指导全国大学生英语竞赛，多名学生斩获全国二、三等奖。

Xu Tong, Lecturer. Her research focuses on digital‑enabled foreign language teaching and IELTS listening instruction.

She co‑authored the textbook series Core English, in which Basic Edition was awarded Beijing High‑quality Undergraduate Textbook in 2023. She led the university‑level blended course College English (IELTS Listening) and has participated in various teaching reform projects. She has received many teaching awards including the Second Prize of the university round in the 6th National University Teaching Innovation Competition, the First Prize of the university Curriculum‑based Ideological and Political Education Teaching Design Competition, and Special Prize of national preliminary round in FLTRP Star Teacher Competition. Moreover, she has guided numerous students to win national prizes in the National College English Competition.
