张倩，博士，讲师，现任职于首都经济贸易大学。

主要从事应用经济学（金融学）领域的教学与研究工作，研究方向包括科技金融、公司金融与财务会计等。近年来围绕科技与金融融合、课程思政建设与人才培养模式创新开展研究，主持或参与多项北京市高等教育教学改革创新项目、校级教学改革及本科课程建设项目，在《Finance Research Letters》等SSCI期刊发表多篇论文。

曾获京津冀蒙本科高校课程思政教学比赛一等奖、首都经济贸易大学青年教师教学基本功比赛三等奖，并指导学生获得"挑战杯"全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、全国商业模拟大赛、北京市优秀本科毕业论文等多项荣誉，在教学改革与人才培养实践方面形成一定特色。

Zhang Qian, PhD, is a Lecturer at Capital University of Economics and Business.

Her teaching and research focus on Applied Economics (Finance), with research interests covering Fin-tech and Finance, Corporate Finance, and Financial Accounting. In recent years, her work has centered on the integration of technology and finance, the development of course-based ideological and political education, and the innovation of talent cultivation models. She has hosted and participated in multiple Beijing Higher Education Teaching Reform and Innovation Projects, as well as university-level teaching reform and undergraduate course development projects, and has published several papers in SSCI journals such as <Finance Research Letters>.

Her honors include the First Prize in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Inner Mongolia Undergraduate Course Ideological and Political Teaching Competition and the Third Prize in the Young Teacher Teaching Basic Skills Competition at Capital University of Economics and Business. She has also guided students to awards in the "Challenge Cup" National College Students' Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, the National Business Simulation Competition, and the Beijing Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Award, among others, developing distinctive strengths in teaching reform and talent cultivation.
