宋祎然，博士，讲师。主要从事国际商科教学改革与跨文化教育管理领域的教学与科研工作。研究方向聚焦于华文教育、跨文化教育及教育领导与管理。

近年来，主持北京市高等教育学会面上课题及多项校级教改项目，参与国家级科技部项目；在《教育理论与实践》等核心期刊发表多篇学术论文，参编教材及专著多部。曾获校级课程思政教学比赛奖项，并获评校级优秀论文指导教师，多次指导学生竞赛取得优异成绩。

Song Yiran, Ph.D., Lecturer, is primarily engaged in teaching and research in the fields of international business education reform and cross-cultural educational management. Her research interests focus on Chinese-language education, cross-cultural education, and educational leadership and management.

In recent years, she has led a general research project of the Beijing Association of Higher Education and multiple university-level teaching reform projects, and participated in a national project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology. She has published multiple academic papers in core journals such as Theory and Practice of Education, and has contributed to several textbooks and monographs. She has received a university-level teaching competition award for curriculum-based ideological and political education, was named a university-level outstanding thesis advisor, and has guided students to win awards in multiple competitions.
