秦小舒，硕士，讲师，现任华侨学院教师。主要从事财务会计、财务管理及金融投资领域的教学与研究工作。研究方向包括国际会计与财务报告、公司治理、投资理论与实务等。近年来聚焦数智化赋能财会教育教学、国际化人才培养模式创新以及财会课程体系建设开展研究，在全英文课程教学改革、课程融合与教学实践方面形成一定特色。

Qin Xiaoshu, Master, Lecturer, serves as a lecturer of Overseas Chinese College. Her academic interests primarily focus on financial accounting, financial management, and financial investment. Her research focuses on international accounting and financial reporting, corporate governance, and investment theory and practice.

In recent years, Qin Xiaoshu has explored digital-intelligent empowerment of accounting education, innovative approaches to international talent cultivation, and curriculum development. Her work has contributed to English-taught course teaching reform, course integration, and teaching practice improvement.
