兰君，博士，教授，现任华侨学院副院长。主要从事管理科学与工程、财务管理及商业教育领域的教学与研究工作。研究方向包括数智化背景下的管理创新、财务人才培养与教学改革、可持续发展与企业社会责任等。近年来围绕数字技术赋能教育教学、国际化人才培养模式创新以及课程体系建设开展研究，在专业建设、课程改革和人才培养实践方面形成一定特色。

Lan Jun, Ph.D., Professor, serves as Vice Dean of Overseas Chinese College. Her academic interests lie in Management Science and Engineering, Financial Management, and Business Education. Her research focuses on management innovation in the digital era, financial talent development and pedagogical reform, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility.

In recent years, Lan Jun has explored digital technology-enabled education, innovative approaches to international talent cultivation, and curriculum development. Her work has contributed to advancements in academic program development, curriculum innovation, and practice-oriented education.
