朱小丽，硕士，副教授，现任华侨学院工商管理系主任。主要从事财务会计、审计、税法、公司治理等领域的教学与研究工作，研究方向包括公司治理、ESG与可持续发展、财务会计。

朱小丽长期致力于工商管理领域的教学改革与课程创新，在混合式教学、课程思政融合及国际化人才培养等方面开展了研究。主持多项教改及课程建设项目，参与北京市高等教育学会课题及人工智能通识课程案例开发。编写出版多部教材，发表学术论文，指导学生参加多项大科创及国家级、市级比赛并获奖。

Zhu Xiaoli, Master’s Degree, Associate Professor, currently serves as the Chair of the Department of Business Administration at Overseas Chinese College. Her academic interests lie in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Corporate Governance. Her research focuses on Corporate Governance, ESG and Sustainable Development, and Financial Accounting.

Zhu Xiaoli has long been committed to teaching reform and curriculum innovation in Business Administration, with a focus on blended teaching, curriculum ideology and politics, and international talent cultivation. She has led multiple teaching reform and course development projects, and participated in research initiatives of the Beijing Higher Education Society and AI general education case development. She has also compiled and published several textbooks, published academic papers, and supervised students in multiple innovation and entrepreneurship projects as well as national- and municipal-level competitions, where corresponding awards were obtained.
